Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations are not permitted. However, you may change your booking dates up to 48 hours before arrival. The advance payment will be adjusted for the new dates.
- For date changes made between 24 to 48 hours before check-in, a holding fee of 20% of one night’s stay will be deducted.
- Changes made after 00:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night.

Travel Guide:
- Reach Patibunia Ghat (from 10 Mile) or Hujjutia Ghat (from 7 Mile) and take a ferry to cross the river. Then take a Toto to reach the resort.
- Car parking is available at Patibunia Ferry Ghat. No car parking is available on the island, but bike parking is provided inside the resort.

- Adults: Aadhar Card or Voter Card of each guests
- Children: Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate
- Age Restrictions:
- Unauthorized stay for individuals under 18, apart from family members, is prohibited.
- Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-in: 12:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Late check-out after 10:00 AM will be charged as an additional day.
- Payments:
- All outstanding payments must be settled during check-out.
- Conduct:
- Consumption of alcohol is prohibited without permission.
- No drinking alcohol or any intoxication in open areas during the day.
- Littering, especially plastic waste, is prohibited. Use the dustbins provided.
- No illegal activities or mistreatment of others. Damages to property will be charged.
- No movement outside the resort or to the sea beach after 10:00 PM. The resort’s gate closes at 10:00 PM.
- Follow specific rules for microphone use. No loud noises after 10:00 PM.
- Photography:
- Do not take photographs of boats without the boat owner’s permission.
- Interactions:
- Avoid disputes with local residents. Inform resort authorities in case of any issues.
- Environmental Conditions:
- As the resort is on an island, natural calamities may affect operations. Cooperation is expected.
- Damage Liability:
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
- Quiet Hours:
- Respect quiet hours and avoid disruptive behavior.
- Drunken Behavior:
- Drunken behavior or intoxication is not allowed in public areas or on the beach. Legal action may be taken for unacceptable behavior.
Pool Rules
- Access Times: 07:00 AM – 02:30 PM & 04:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Shower before entering the pool.
- No entry for persons with open wounds, infections, or illnesses.
- No swallowing of pool water.
- Appropriate swim attire is required.
- No street clothes or shoes in the pool.
- No jumping into the pool.
- No rough play around the pool.
- No glass containers, bottles, or food in the pool area.
- Keep noise levels low. Respect other swimmers.
- Use designated areas for personal belongings. The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- No pets in the pool.
- Do not throw anything into the pool.
- The pool may close during inclement weather or for maintenance. Follow posted schedules.
Adherence to all rules and regulations is mandatory. Your behavior reflects your identity.
