Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations are not permitted. However, you may change your booking dates up to 48 hours before arrival. The advance payment will be adjusted for the new dates.
3. For date changes made between 24 to 48 hours before check-in, a holding fee of 20% of one night’s stay will be deducted.
4. Changes made after 00:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night.
5. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night.
